PRESIDENTRenae Perry - Papapietro Perry Winery, CEO/Owner
Renae and her husband Bruce, along with business partners Ben and Yoland Papapietro have owned Papapietro Perry Winery for 15 years. Renae has used her extensive experience in the software business as Product Marketing Director for several software/internet companies to manage and run the winery business in her rol as CEO. Under her direction, Papapietro Perry has grown from its' humble start as a hobby winery to the 8000 case winery it is today. Marketing wine is much more fun than software............
VICE PRESIDENTRobin Calkins - Jackson Family Wines, DTC - Project Manager and Retail Development
Robin is the DTC Manager in charge of Retail Development and New Business for Jackson Family Wines working with multiple Tasting Rooms. Prior to her current position, Robin was an active participant in the construction of the new culinary wing at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens, the Estate Manager at that estate and Senior Events Manager for the Jackson Family Wines Hospitality department for 9 years overseeing events for its tasting rooms. Robin's background in hospitality started in San Jose at the DoubleTree and Hilton hotels in Catering and Convention Services departments. She and her husband and their dog, Maizy, have lived in Sonoma County for 12 years.
SECRETARYStacy Rafanelli-DuBois - A. Rafanelli Winery, Operations Manager/Tasting Room Manager
Stacy is part of the fourth generation A. Rafanelli Winery. After going to law school and beginning her career in law, she realized how much she missed the wine industry. For the past six years, Stacy has managed both the tasting room and daily operations at A. Rafanelli. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of being part of a family wine business.

With 18 years in the wine business, Ross is eager to contribute his time to support the continuous success of the vibrant Wine Road organization. Ross truly enjoys the hospitality component of working in wine, which he feels aligns well with the Wine Road's overall mission - helping us all to build business and community in the wine country!
EXECUTIVE BOARD LODGING REPRESENTATIVESue Burnet - Vintners Inn, Inn Manager
Prior to moving to CA 16 years ago Sue was the Admin. to the First Selectman (Mayor) of a small town in CT. She moved here to become the Innkeeper at the Gaige House in Glen Ellen and when that property sold after 10 years was fortunate enough to move to Vintners Inn. During the 6 plus years at Vintners Inn she has had the pleasure of getting to know many of the Wine Road members and attend some of the events. She now looks forward to helping promote Wine Road and working on the events. Sue also serves on the Sonoma County Lodging Association Board and the Sonoma Advisory Board for CANVAS.
Winery Representatives:Robert Conard – Dry Creek Vineyards / Retail Sales & Hospitality Manager
Robert moved from San Diego to Sonoma County 23 years ago and has never looked back. He is a 16 year wine industry professional and past Wine Road President whose career in the wine industry has spanned from the tasting room to three tier distribution, sales and marketing and everything in between. Roberts diverse winery career and past theatre education gives him a unique perspective on the wine industry. Always ready to engage in a passionate conversation about anything hand crafted and anything made in Sonoma County, Robert looks forward to bringing his passion and experience to his service on the Board of Directors of The Wine Road.
Carri Holdredge, Holdredge Wines - Owner:
Carri is the co-owner of Holdredge Wines, a Healdsburg boutique Pinot Noir producer established in 2001. She is a Sonoma State graduate with a BA in marketing and economics, and worked for over 15 years as a sales and business development executive within the software industry. Carri currently manages the sales, marketing, and administration of the winery. In addition to managing the business, she is integrally involved in all blending trials and decisions for the wines. She lives in the Healdsburg community with her husband and two children.
Kathleen Inman - Inman Family Wines, Owner
Napa Valley native, Kathleen Inman began Inman Family Wines in 2000 when she planted Olivet Grange Vineyard, the 10.45 acre parcel that she farms organically in Russian River Valley. Making subtle and nuanced examples of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, Kathleen is committed to sensitive farming, natural winemaking and environmentally responsible business practices. In 2012, she was recognized with the Rising Star Award by Women for WineSense for innovation and leadership as a female winemaker and winery owner.
Carla Jeffries - Thumbprint Cellars
Carla is General Manager of thumbprint cellars, overseeing all business, sales and marketing operations. She has owned or operated businesses her entire career beginning with her family's business in Michigan. She moved to California 20 years ago and once settled in wine country in 2006, merged her passion for business with her love of wine and has found her true calling in the wine industry. She has served on multiple business and community boards and is one of the founding members and Chair of the 30+ downtown Healdsburg wineries, Wine.Walk.Healdsburg Alliance. She looks forward to serving on the Board of the Wine Road and its Marketing Committee to benefit the hospitality industry in our area as a whole.
Jeffrey Noel - Robert Young Estate Winery, Direct Sales Manager
Most importantly for Jeff, the passion for the industry has been a constant and driving force. With over 20 years spent in wine production, hospitality and management this gives him a well-rounded view of the wine business in his outlook. He believes we have an opportunity to show everyone just how good our area is in all aspects and looks forward to helping improve what Wine Road does.
Darek Trowbridge - Old World Winery, Winemaker/Proprietor
Darek studied winemaking with his grandfather, Lino Martinelli. He went on to get a Bachelors Degree in Viticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Masters Degree in Enology from Fresno State. As winemaker & proprietor of Old World Winery, Darek combines and employs all the methods he learned about fine wine production, both old and new. Old World Winery is located on the site where William-Selyem Winery was making legendary wine with Darek’s grandfathers grapes from the Jackass Hill back in the 1980’s.
Lodging Representatives:Kevin West - Madrona Manor, Hotel Manager
In 2011 I worked on the public relations effort at Madrona Manor. I discovered how truly important public relations and marketing are to Madrona Manor and the Wine Road area in general. I'm glad to be more involved in this effort by serving on the Board of Directors.
Aaron Krug – Best Western Dry Creek Inn President and General Manager
Born and raised in the Bay Area. Aaron started in the hotel business in 1976 while in High School by inventorying the laundry at his family hotel in San Francisco. After graduating in 1978, Aaron went to college at Arizona State University, graduating with a degree in Real Estate Finance in 1983. Upon his return to the Bay Area, Aaron decided to join his Father Norman Krug in the family hotel business, to become a Manager trainee. This new venture was the Dry Creek Inn. In June 1984 the Dry Creek Inn opened with 102 rooms and expanded with 63 Luxury Tuscan rooms in 2008. Aaron immediately fell in love with both Healdsburg and Sonoma County. 30 years later and Aaron is still at Dry Creek Inn, but now maintains an ownership role in addition to his managerial responsibilities. Aaron has two adult children that were born and raised in Sonoma County, Aaron’s Daughter Sarah now works with him at the Dry Creek Inn.
