A FEAST FOR THE SENSES AT THE 12th ANNUAL “A WINE & FOOD AFFAIR” THIS NOVEMBER IN SONOMA
Join the Wine Road Northern Sonoma County for a weekend of the best wine and cuisine Sonoma has to offer
WHAT: This year marks the 12th annual “A Wine & Food Affair” in Sonoma County. Throughout the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to hop from winery to winery in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek, Russian River, and Alexander valleys, sampling wine and food along the way. Participating wineries will each prepare their favorite recipe featuring wine country cuisine for attendees to enjoy with a perfectly paired wine. This self-guided event allows attendees to choose their course over one or two days, enjoying Sonoma’s delights at their own pace.
A Tasting Along the Wine Road cookbook, containing all of the recipes served by the wineries during the event, will be given to each participant to allow them to recreate their favorite dishes and wine pairings from the weekend.
WHEN: November 6 and 7, 2010 (Saturday & Sunday)
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
WHERE: Over 80 winery members participating from the Wine Road Northern Sonoma County in Dry Creek, Russian River, and Alexander valleys in Sonoma, California
COST: $65 for November 6 and 7 (both days)
$45 for Sunday, November 6 only
$25 for designated drivers for November 6 and 7 (both days)
Tickets will go on sale online Wednesday, September 15, 2010
Last day for ticket sales is Monday, November 1, 2010
