We have tried to make the process as easy as possible by using Eventbrite (our new best friend).
Click here to log in, then use this password WWSIGNUP2015 and fill out the form if you plan to participate. Answer a few simple questions and carefully enter your winery name and address as this will be in the printed and online program as you spell it and the address and phone you enter.
You’ll have a few more weeks to go back and add your detailed program info. But we MUST have the winery list completed by Oct. 16.
Again this year we are looking to promote the event as a weekend to save $. Offer discounts on shipping, case purchases, logo items, gourmet foods. There will be space for you to write in additional offerings, such as food, music, tours etc. If you offer food it needs to be both days and you will need a permit from the Health Dept.

DEADLINES
OCT 16 ~ To sign up for participation using the Eventbrite link. Please don’t call or leave us messages that you want to participate, we need you to sign up onlline Eventbrite.
DEC 1 ~ To complete your PROGRAM information, so we can have it onilne and PRINTED, no changes will be made after the deadline date of DEC 1.
