Barrel Tasting Sign Up

Hello to all of our Wine Road Wineries,

Barrel Tasting sign up is NOW OPEN (Yep we can’t believe it either!). If you would like to participate you have until December 15th to sign up on Eventbrite. The link and password to the sign up page is below:

All you will need to enter at this time is your winery information (as you would like it to be printed on the program). You will have until February 9th to go back into your account and enter the barrels you will be sampling.

UPDATES:

We have made a few changes to the Barrel Tasting Event this year due to issues and complaints from previous years customers. Below is what is New this year for Barrel Tasting:

Friday/Not Friday Participating Wineries:
If you are NOT a Friday Participant you will be listed alphabetically at the bottom of the Eventbrite Ticket Page, after all the Friday Wineries are listed. We have literally hundreds of customers that buy tickets for NON Friday wineries and then want to check in on Friday. We hope this system makes it clearer for them.

Minimum of 3 Wines Poured to each wrist banded guest. *The biggest complaint we have gotten from guests is that they go to a participating winery and are only served 1 or 2 wines.

Reimbursement is for FOOD Only (for event participants). Per our attorney and ABC regulations, we are only able to reimburse for food for guests during the event weekends. We will need itemized catering bills and/or original receipts for the food reimbursement. Reimbursement is for up to $500 per weekend.
