This is a link to the Wine Institute’s upcoming series of workshops on compliance with the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) law. Some wineries have had FDA inspectors showing up at their wineries over the last year or so to perform inspections. These workshops will provide guidance to help small and medium sized wineries prepare for, comply with, and manage an FDA inspection.
