The organization’s motto is “to preserve and spread the French culinary arts, encourage training in cuisine, and assist professional development.” There are 375 active members spread over 5 continents and in 22 countries. This evening will showcase the culinary talents of Chef Roland Passot, Chef Laurent Manrique, Chef Gerald Girigoyen, Chef Claude Lethoic, and our Executive Chef Thomas Bellec.
