This is a one-day event offered on Saturday, March 18th. As the chilly months draw to a close and the first signs of spring emerge, it’s time to bid adieu to winter with a memorable food and wine tasting event on the last Saturday of the season. Chef Rachel Leister will prepare savory winter themed bites that pair perfectly with your favorite DG wines. Bites like smoked duck breast with cherry chutney and Saint Agur brie in a phyllo cup, and a crispy potato coin with braised lamb shank and green olive tapenade, to name a few. We will pair four delicious bites with exquisite DG wines to enhance your wine tasting experience and leave winter in the dust. This experience is $70 per person, $35 for Wine Club Members
