The Winestopper made their way out to Sebastopol to Char Vale Winery, an absolute hidden gem! The 2021 Pinot Gris was chosen today by Nicholas, as it’s springtime, it’s crisp and refreshing and an absolute fan favorite. He would pair it with a gorgonzola salad with sliced pears or even seafood calamari – the citrus notes complement seafood wonderfully! Come and enjoy a glass on the beautiful sunny deck overlooking their vines.
