DaVero Farms & Winery, a regenerative farm and winery in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley, is seeking a bold, strategic, and story-driven Director of Sales to lead our direct-to- consumer channels during a pivotal moment for the industry and our business. At DaVero, we grow climate-appropriate Italian varieties and farm using regenerative and biodynamic methods that honor the land. This philosophy is the foundation of everything we do—wine, olive oil, visitor experiences, and storytelling. As Director of Sales, you won’t just manage numbers—you’ll shape the future. We’re looking for someone ready to drive traffic, sell and retain wine club memberships, fill our brand-new event space, and collaborate as a key member of our leadership team. You’ll guide a talented group of managers and ambassadors, oversee marketing strategy, and bring DaVero’s vision to life through hospitality, community, and commerce. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of maturity, flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking—with the energy and communication skills to rally teams and inspire guests.
