  • Denise from AVV volunteered for position.
  • Meeting every 2 months.

 Magical Mystery Tours

  • April, June, July, August
    • One valley per date.
  • Tickets on Sale mid-March.
  • 4 wineries per tour
    • longer time at each winery.
  • $125 ticket per person
    • 20 people.
  • Flat $150 reimbursement per winery.
  • Plan an entire day experience
    • Tour, cellar, education, etc.
  • “City Cellar Tour” name of tour to include warehouse wineries.

Barrel Tasting 2018

  • Voucher purchased at time of ticket purchase for wine purchases during the event.
    • Does a voucher cheapen the wine?
    • How do we handle? Ie. Excess funds after event.
  • Second weekend option
    • Elevated Weekend $150 ticket – Keep Barrel Tasting name.
      • Offer “Added Value”
      • Reimburse wineries more – food required.
    • Revisit revamping after BT 2017.
