Hello to all of our Wine Road winery members –

We are working on a blog post and possibly some other press releases to address our winery members that are DOG FRIENDLY.

Meaning you not only love your dog, but you allow guests to bring their dog onto your property.

Along with having them at your winery, do you provide anything for them – treats, water bowl, shaded area to lay down…whatever.

I will be meeting with the director from Canine Companions next week and I’d like to have this information collected prior to that meeting. We are considering some sort of promotion to encourage folks to come out with their doggies, and support canine companions, learn about the program etc.

Do you already have any sort of program in place during the year where you fundraise for animal shelters, pet rescue etc? If so, give me the details and tentative date for this year’s event. We’d like to include as much information as possible in our blog and press releases.

We are collecting information about Dog Friendly Wineries and I’d also like to include any Dog Friendly Lodgings. This will be for a blog post and a topic on our podcast topic.

What are the restrictions for someone bringing their dog to your lodging? Is there a size limit, or number of dogs, or ???
