We’re looking for some warehouse space to rent.
We are moving our office, to an actual office – therefore we need to find space to store our maps and event glasses and supplies. It would take up about 500 square feet. Three times a year we would need to stage event supply pick-up at the warehouse location.
We would also need weekly access to come by and pick up maps to restock our office supply for members. This would be during regular Mon-Fri office hours.
We’re GREAT dependable tenants who can pay $1.25 per foot for the space.
One caveat – when maps and glasses are delivered we would need you to be able to unload, as we do not own a forklift. Maps are delivered (14-15 pallets) twice a year and glasses are delivered three times a year (10-12 pallets). This work would cover your annual assessment fee.
