For the 4th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Expo Trade Show & Conference (WIN Expo) held on December 3rd at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Wine Road members register online at www.wineindustryexpo.com and use promo code WROAD2015 to receive FREE access to the trade show floor. The WIN Expo (@WINexpo) will offer attendees access to nearly 300 of the industry’s best suppliers and service professionals showcasing their latest products & services and a full day of valuable networking opportunities. This year the Expo will include four educational sessions featuring renowned industry experts who will be presenting on new efficiencies in wine production, vineyard operations, financial forecasting and marketing technology.
Register before Oct. 30th to receive the “Harvest Special” discount on educational sessions.
Winter WINEland
We’ve worked to streamline the process of signing up for events by using Eventbrite. Just click here to Sign-Up and enter the password; WWSIGNUP2015 and fill in the blanks.
Please don’t call and tell us you want to participate, we need you to sign up online. DEADLINE is OCT. 16. Once you have signed up you will have until December 1st to go back in and add your program information. Reimbursement is up to $500 toward, food, supplies, decorations, rentals.
Once again Wine Road will be the wine sponsor for these Presentations which take place in Marin. We need 4 wineries for each night: Oct. 27, Jan 26, Feb. 23 and May 3.
Event starts with a wine reception, followed by a speaker (which you can enjoy) then another reception as the night ends. You will be included in the printed program, on their website and thanked at the start of the night. They sell 250-275 tickets per event. Each winery would pour 6-8 bottles of wine. It’s not too late to pour at this fantastic event Nov. 20 & 21. Friday is the Somm and Trade Tasting and Saturday is the Grand Tasting. We currently have 8 wineries signed up – with a goal of 10. Wine Road will reimburse for half of your table cost. DETAILS HERE

On the road…
We just wrapped up a press trip to Chicago, New York and Washington DC – telling our Wine Road story and promoting our 40th Anniversary. Today we are hosting a lunch and dinner in Los Angeles to wrap up the press trip. In New York we also partnered with SF Travel for a press dinner with 35 writers in attendance – we rocked it! We have a great story to share and exciting plans for 2016.
