For the 4th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Expo Trade Show & Conference (WIN Expo) held on December 3rd at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Wine Road members register online at www.wineindustryexpo.com and use promo code WROAD2015 to receive FREE access to the trade show floor. The WIN Expo (@WINexpo) will offer attendees access to nearly 300 of the industry’s best suppliers and service professionals showcasing their latest products & services and a full day of valuable networking opportunities. This year the Expo will include four educational sessions featuring renowned industry experts who will be presenting on new efficiencies in wine production, vineyard operations, financial forecasting and marketing technology.
Register before Oct. 30th to receive the “Harvest Special” discount on educational sessions.
Sign up is now complete. The list of participating wineries will be posted to our website tomorrow. Wineris how have until December 1st to go back in and add your program information. Just use your emial confirmation from Eventbrite to log back in to your page. Reimbursement is up to $500 toward, food, supplies, decorations, rentals.

It’s not too late to pour at this fantastic event Nov. 20 & 21. Friday is the Somm and Trade Tasting and Saturday is the Grand Tasting. We currently have 9 wineries signed up – with a goal of 10. Wine Road will reimburse for half of your table cost. DETAILS HERE

3000 tickets have sold – goal is 5000, sales are down about 700 from this time last year.

We’re about to wrap this up. We’ve secured the artists and new we need 10 more sponsors for $500. As a sponsor your name will be on the barrel (via a plaque) once the artwork is completed. The barrel will then be auctioned off to the hightest bidder at our Ruby Affair in May. Be a part of this community art project. The funds raised via the barrel auction will be heading to the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, Childrens Art Programs.
