Weekly Member Memo – Oct. 27, 2015

8:30 check-in, 9;00 meeting
This meeting is required in order to receive your food reimbursement. This date was on the original sign up form. Debbie has also sent follow up notices with this date. Ideally the person who will be at the check-in table for the event will attend the meeting.
Supply hand out is the following week – Wed. Nov. 4th from 9:00-4:00 at the Wine Road office.

It’s not too late to pour at this fantastic event Nov. 20 & 21. Friday is the Somm and Trade Tasting and Saturday is the Grand Tasting. We currently have 9 wineries signed up – with a goal of 10. Wine Road will reimburse for half of your table cost. DETAILS HERE

Winter WINEland
Sign up is now complete. The list of participating wineries has been posted to our website. Wineries have until December 1st to go back in and add their program information. Just use your email confirmation from Eventbrite to log back in to your page. Reimbursement is up to $500 toward, food, supplies, decorations, rentals.

HELP – Redwood Empire Food Bank
We need 8-10 folks willing to help sort food at the REFB next Thursday Nov. 5th from 9:00-11:00. It’s always a great way to start your day. Make it a fun team building experince for your event staff prior to Wine & Food Affair 🙂 Shoot me a note if you can be there – thanks, Beth

For the 4th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Expo Trade Show & Conference (WIN Expo) held on December 3rd at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. We need more auction items for the Ruby Affair in May, we need more wineries to pour at the community festival in July…wineries to have a “selfie frame” out for customers to use and wineries to hide items for the scavenger hunt in August.
