URGENT – for the Oct. 27th date…
Once again Wine Road will be the wine sponsor for these Presentations which take place in Marin. We need 4 wineries for each night: Oct. 27, Jan 26, Feb. 23 and May 3.
Event starts with a wine reception, followed by a speaker (which you can enjoy) then another reception as the night ends. You will be included in the printed program, on their website and thanked at the start of the night. They sell 250-275 tickets per event. Each winery would pour 6-8 bottles of wine. List of speakers can be viewed here: Speak To Me
Let Laura know if you’re interested and the night(s) that works best for you. Sign Me Up!
Need Wine for Press Lunches
We will be hosting a press lunch in Sacramento on Sept. 30. I am looking for wines for the pairing – 3 bottles each. I’ll need both red and white, we will pair accordingly with the wines donated. If you would like to donate, please drop 3 bottles (of the same wine) at the office by Sept. 18. Wines not used for this lunch will be used at our press lunch or dinner in LA on Oct. 13. Stat sheets are also helpful.

ROAD TO RUBY
We have mailed these tri-fold brochures to all Wine Road members to start promoting our 40th Ruby Anniversary. Please have them out for your guests, even if you don’t plan to participate.
It’s not too late to sign-up and be a part of the celebration. Form Here
We have so many things in the works; documentary film, social media promotions, events, BBQ for “past presidents”, press trip to tell our story, community festival, and a gala event.
