Located in the heart of the Russian River Valley, the beautiful gardens, organic vineyard and boutique winemaking are just some of the charm of VML. Winemaker, Virginia Marie Lambrix (VML) fell in love with the gentle rolling hills and soft fog-filtered light of the region and realized the potential for handcrafting wines of “terroir”- wines that truly capture the sense of place. Signature single vineyard designated wines that reflect the subtle differences that soil, light, and proximity to the ocean impart to the grapes and thus the finished wine, offer an intriguing and complete tour of the Russian River Valley. While Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the flagship varietals, Zinfandel and a few other treats are offered exclusively through the tasting room. Enjoy some gourmet snacks and a bottle of wine in our gardens for an authentic Russian River experience.
