Job Description: Moshin Vineyards is seeking a DTC Assistant that will work closely with the DTC Manager in all aspects of Wine Club and Tasting Room operations. The DTC Assistant also assists in the preparation, planning, and execution of on-site and occasional off-site events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications and Experience • Must be 21 years of age or older • Exemplary customer service skills • Some knowledge of wine and wine production • Computer friendly • Dynamic communication skills • Positive attitude • Must be able to work weekends • Must be able to move wine

Wages: DOE
Working Hours: 10am to 5pm +
Roles & Responsibilities: Specific Duties include, but are not limited to: Tasting Room • Master all aspects of POS system • Assist TR staff as directed by DTC Manager • Attend responsible hospitality training every two years Retail Order Fulfillment • Process orders received via email, phone, website • Create customer receipts and shipping documents for all orders being shipped from the winery • Maintain accurate records of shipping orders and tracking information. Inventory • Wine: Provide assistance to Administration during physical inventory, as directed by DTC Manager • Non-Wine: Maintain product levels of soft goods, packing & shipping materials and glassware in a cost effective and adequate manner Wine Club • Provide customer service to all Members regarding wine club shipments and regular retail shipments • Maintain and update accurate database of all Member information • Seek out Member updates and resolve issues • Coordinate with offsite fulfillment/shipping company Events • Assist in the planning and execution of Wine Club, Wine Road and other events • Assist DTC Manager as directed before, during, and after each event Aesthetics & Details • Maintain appropriate inventory of printed materials for the tasting room, as directed by DTC Manager, including but not limited to: o Tasting list o Order forms o Shipping information o Member welcome cards o Wine tech sheet documents (to be supplied by Marketing and printed as needed) • Supervise maintenance and ensure a neat appearance of the tasting room and restrooms at all times • Report all safety hazards to DTC Manager immediately. Website • Provide current and accurate information to Marketing and/or Webmaster for publication on site • Ensure site is accurately updated in a timely manner by Marketing and/or Webmaster. Marketing • Work closely with Marketing to promote the tasting room, events, Wine Club Membership and one-off events • Coordinate and execute email sales campaigns in conjunction with Marketing promoting the Moshin brand and encouraging Club Membership, visits to the tasting room or patronage of their local wine shop selling Moshin wines. Guest Suite • Scheduling, upkeep of interior and items, cleaning and other details Telemarketing • Fulfill phone orders, provide tracking info and customer service as needed • Make outbound phone calls to previous purchasers to sell wine All Moshin Vineyards Hospitality Team Members genuinely enjoy spending time with and educating guests and have a personal love of wine. Members of the Moshin hospitality team are personable, kind, responsible, respectful AND knowledgeable of their products. They are able to deal with guests gracefully and entertain guests with good humor while encouraging patronage and return visits. Tasting Room shifts are from 10:30am to 5:00pm daily unless otherwise noted on the schedule. All team members are expected to help out on busy event weekends which may have different operating hours than a regular tasting room shift.

Working Hours:
Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: • Overall responsibility for implementing successful and delicious cooking classes, private parties, corporate team buildings and other culinary events • Coordinate with instructor and/or Relish chef to determine class structure, including teams, timeline and organization • Prepare planning paperwork (flow, equipment and roving checklist, as needed) • Coordinate prep between chef-instructor and Relish chef (as needed) • Arrange and coordinate delivery of equipment and/or rentals (for offsite events) • Purchase and/or create centerpieces within budget • Orchestrate the event: • Setup before events; leave space setup for next event • Manage Class Assistants before and during events • Oversee event to ensure guests are engaged and happy • Coordinate clean-up with dishwasher and class assistants • Contribute to ongoing organizational improvements to the business and the Center
