Job Description: We are a family owned winery located in Northern Sonoma County, producing quality estate wines, with an excellent reputation the wine industry. We are seeking a part-time facilities coordinator to join our team. We are a small production winery and are very passionate about what we do. We are looking for a representative who will show the same passion. We are a small staff and are close in the entire winery and it is important our new team player work well within a group. As a team member, you will serve as a key role in providing guests with a world class experience, the best customer service, and hospitality. The facilities coordinator will reply to all wedding and outside event inquiries with our facilities information, photos, and pricing. The facilities coordinator will book appointments to show potential clients the property and sell the property. The facilities coordinator is responsible for ensuring contract, event procedures, and guidelines are signed by clients and vendors. The facilities coordinator will take deposits and payments for events, and be present at all events. Pay is competitive and includes some incentives.

Wages: Hourly plus commission
Working Hours: Saturday nights (any evening there is a wedding) and PT in the tasting room
Roles & Responsibilities: Replying to wedding inquiries, ensuring that all contracts are signed and payments come in on time, being present at the event and coordinating with vendors and wedding planners. Ensuring that all Trione property is put away and the buildings are locked at end of night.
Special Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and must works weekends and evenings
