Event Map Here

You will need to select your check-in winery to start, and get your glass, wristband and then you are off to explore any of the participating wineries, for the weekend.

Event Ticket Includes:

  • VIP ticket starts with a happy hour on Friday night, followed by a breakfast on Saturday morning, along with the full weekend of wine tasting.
  • Wine tasting at all participating wineries ~ minimum of 3 tastes at each winery.
  • Food pairing – listed in the event program

Designated Driver Ticket will be able to sample the food but not wine.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT A BUS AND TRAVEL IN LARGE GROUPS, WINERIES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR PARTY.

Refund Policy

This event is non-refundable. If for any reason the event is cancelled, all ticket buyers will be issued a credit, which may be used toward a future Wine Road event. Refunds will not be issued.

Details: Kick off your Wine and Food Affair weekend experience at Alexander Valley Vineyards on Friday evening with our award-winning wines accompanied by light appetizers. Taste and mingle with members of the Wetzel family surrounded by our vineyards, next to our working winery. We will be offering an insider’s tour of our barrel-aging wine cave starting at 5:45pm. This event is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued.

FAQ’s

1. Is my registration/ticket transferable to another person? Yes, all they need is a copy of your PDF Ticket and they must check in at the winery you chose to start at.

2. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Either print it or show it on your phone and your photo ID for age verification.

3. The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? Yes that is fine, as long as they have a copy of your pdf Ticket and a valid ID when checking in.

4. Can I switch my starting Winery? We cannot change your starting location. You must check in at the winery you chose at registration.

5. Can a Designated Driver be under 21 years old? Designated Drivers must be 21 or older.

Brief description: Join us for an evening reception in our barrel room featuring the newest release of our Savage Zinfandel. This Estate wine has gained a growing fan base with its fruit forward flavors and cocktail wine style wowing the pallet. Our winemaker, Randy Pitts, will be pulling some additional wines from our cellar. Street tacos and appetizers will complement this delicious cult wine. It’s going to be a wild night!

West Wines

Description:

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to taste some of our first vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve paired with appetizers. Winemaker Katarina will open bottles from vintages 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2005.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the foundation of Bordeaux wines known for their aging potential of 30-40 years or more. Our first vintages of West Cabernet Sauvignon are aging beautifully and we will be opening a few bottles for this occasion.

This sunset tasting will take place on Friday, November 5th at the West Wines tasting room from 5:00-6:30pm. Seating for this event will be extremely limited.

Details: Please join CAST Wines for a twilight reception outdoors at our estate winery in beautiful Dry Creek Valley from 5-7pm. Guests will enjoy our beach, patio and exclusive terrace, all overlooking the vineyards and sunset with tastes of four of our wines along with small bites. Wines planned include our Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, Grenache Blanc, Old Vine Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. Space is limited to 50 guests. No children or pets at this event please.
