Applewood Inn a Boutique Luxury Bed and Breakfast in the Russian River Resort and Recreation area is offering a full time position for - Host/ess- Concierge This is an opportunity for some one that is reliable, energetic, professional, and has a sense of humor. Requirements for this position: - Basic computer knowledge, (email, internet, word, excel) - Excellent customer service skills with a sunny and upbeat telephone presence a must. - Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members. - Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with guests and team-members. - Attention to detail required. - Quick thinking and problem-resolution skills. - Knowledge of the areas wineries, restaurants and activities, helpful. - Social Media knowledge and practice helpful. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Promptly answering the telephone using positive and clear communication. - Checking-in and checking-out guests in a timely and professional manner. - Advising customers on the wineries, restaurants and activities of the area. - Resolving guest issues with diplomacy and creativity, with the goal of exceeding guest expectations. - Actively selling customers on the phone and taking reservations. Tasting Room Associate - Alexander Valley Vineyards

Successful family owned winery outside Healdsburg seeks an enthusiastic candidate for our Tasting Room Team. Roles & Responsibilities: You will be part of a small tasting room staff, pouring wine and making wine club sign-ups so a positive attitude and good salesmanship is a must. Tasting Room Associate - Dutton-Goldfield Winery

Our small, fast-paced winery is searching for an energetic, upbeat, engaging and creative person to join our tasting room team. The ideal candidate will be fun, excited about wine, goal driven, and excel at both the hospitality and sales aspect of the position. Excellent oral and written communications skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team required. Part time position, 3-4 days per week, weekends and holidays required. Roles & Responsibilities: Primary job responsibilities include: • Focus on Tasting Room sales, wine club sales, and mailing list signups. • Provide memorable tastings and wine education, in seated tasting experiences that include food pairings, as well as stand up walk-in tastings at the bar • Develop relationships with guests, both inbound visitors as well as outbound communications and sales • Operating cash register and prepare accurate accounting of daily sales • Represent winery at outside events as needed • Assist Tasting Room Manager with marketing of tasting room, including social media posting, planning and executing events, and building relationships with potential partners Skills needed: • Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills • Great communicator, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people on a variety of topics beyond wine

The ideal candidate for the back server position must be personable with guests, have foresight to prioritize duties and be adaptable to busy times as well as stay motivated and complete tasks on slower days. Some administrative duties are required, so competence with computers is essential. This is a part time position, weekends and holidays are required, with a flexible schedule Friday through Monday.
