10:00-4:30 each day
We will have complete event details online by December 1st.
Tickets will go on sale December 9, 2021 (9:00am)
Tickets: $150 Weekend, $90 Saturday Only, $70 Sunday Only $10 Designated Driver Weekend, $5 Designated Driver Sat or Sun only.
With the current restrictions in place due to Covid, we need to take it slow and give wineries time to determine if they will be able to host an event in January, which would most likely need to be indoors. Therefore tickets are going on sale later than in prior years.
We hope to offer some wine “happy hours”, winemaker dinners and evening receptions on Friday January 14th, to kick off the weekend of tastings experiences.
Additionally we plan to have wineries offer some “Monday Only” specials, to wrap up the 3-day weekend.
This year we will only be able to have guests by reservation at each winery. We understand this is different from the past, but we hope you give it a try and see just how easy it is to reserve and then just sit back and enjoy the weekend once you’re here.
We hope you understand that for the time being, these are changes that allow us to host an event.
Tickets will go on sale at 9:00am on Thursday December 9th, giving you time to review the program prior to booking your reservations and buying tickets.
Reservations will be available at: 11:00, 12:15, 1:30, 2:45, 4:00 – giving you 50 minutes at each winery and then 25 minutes to drive, park, use the restroom and sit down for your next tasting.
This reservation system will be just like what you have used online when you book a dinner reservation. CellarPass is so efficient, it lets you know when you’ve selected a winery that is too far away and you would not have enough drive time. It’s very intuitive!
This will allow you to visit up to 5 wineries per day.
Guests will need to book all of their reservations, then complete the transaction and purchase their tickets. Once booked, reservations will not be able to be changed.
Also – and this is a big one – one person needs to purchase all of the tickets and book all of the reservations for their group. In other words, if you and your friends are planning to go together, you will not be able to individually purchase your tickets.
Wineries are not able to accept groups larger than 6 people. The ticket order page will not accept reservations of more than 6 people. Several wineries do not have tables to accommodate 6 people, so they will not appear on the reservation page if you are booking for 6 people.
Lastly…Effective August 3, 2021, everyone in Sonoma County is required to wear masks indoors in public places, with limited exceptions, to combat the increasing spread of COVID-19. Sonoma County joined several other counties in issuing Health Orders that require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear face coverings when indoors in public settings.
We have no way to predict what Covid restrictions may be in place in Sonoma County come January, but we need to acknowledge that we may need to require proof of vaccination. We will update this page as we learn more from our County Health Department.
This event is non-refundable. If for any reason the event is cancelled, all ticket buyers will be issued a credit via CellarPass, which may be used toward a future Wine Road event. Refunds will not be issued.

We will have a list of participating wineries and the detailed program online by Dec. 1st.
Winter WINEland will not take place at one location, you will travel from winery to winery, visiting the ones you are interested in exploring.
We are limiting access due to the reservations required and limited seating at each winery.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a minimum of 3 wines at each winery they visit.
This is not a food pairing event, it is an opportunity to sample wine, meet owners and winemakers, reconnect with your favorites and explore some new treasures.
Winter WINEland is for those 21 and older.
No groups of 6 or more are not allowed at any winery. Please help wineries remain compliant with this restriction. Many wineries have requested NO GROUPS OVER 4 PEOPLE.

We hope to offer some type of virtual experience for folks that can't join us. Stay tuned as we continue to work on the details.
