Carla Jeffries – Blue Rock Vineyard – General Manager
Carla is General Manager of Blue Rock Vineyards, overseeing all business, sales and marketing operations. She has owned or operated businesses her entire career beginning with her family’s business in Michigan. She moved to California 20+ years ago and once settled in wine country in 2006, merged her passion for business with her love of wine and has found her true calling in the wine industry. She has served on multiple business and community boards and is one of the founding members and Chair of the 30+ downtown Healdsburg wineries, Wine.Walk. Healdsburg Alliance. She looks forward to serving on the Board of the Wine Road and its Marketing Committee to benefit the hospitality industry in our area as a whole.
John Viszlay – Viszlay Vineyards – Owner/Winemaker
John Viszlay, is owner and winemaker at Viszlay Vineyards. The winery was established in 2010 when John relocated from Chicago to launch a family wine brand. He enjoyed wine for most of his adult life but had not considered a career in the industry until deciding on a lifestyle change in late 2009. Up to that point he had been successful in the shopping center industry for over 20 years. He represented landlords and retailers with site selection and lease negotiations as well as handling management and operations. John has 3 adult children, with 2 of them working in the family wine business along side of him. He grew up in Pittsburgh, went to school in Ohio and raised his kids in Minnesota. His outside interests include music, cycling and charitable work.
Carri Holdredge – Holdredge Wines – Owner
Carri is the co-owner of Holdredge Wines, a Healdsburg boutique Pinot Noir producer established in 2001. She is a Sonoma State graduate with a BA in marketing and economics, and worked for over 15 years as a sales and business development executive within the software industry. Carri currently manages the sales, marketing and administration of the winery. In addition to managing the business, she is integrally involved in all blending trials and decisions for the wines. She lives in the Healdsburg community with her husband and two children.
Devin Ruddick – Hook and Ladder Vineyards and Winery – Tasting Room Manager & Donations & Events Manager
I have spent the last 10 years honing my hospitality skills as part of the Hook and Ladder team. I excel in a group atmosphere and relish the opportunity to strategize and problem solve with others. I would like to be a part of the Wine Road Board to further connect with other members while giving a voice for ideas, triumphs and challenges wineries face.

Daniel J. Christensen, Jr. – Geyserville Inn – Controller/Part Owner
Dan has lived in Sonoma County all his life, graduating from Sonoma State College with BA in Management with an emphasis in accounting. He has worked as a CPA for 32 years at Christensen Accountancy. He is the current Treasurer for the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce. Dan was the General Manager of the Geyserville Inn and the Hoffman House Restaurant from January of 1998 to July of 2005. Since July of 2005 he has been the controller and part owner of these businesses with his dad and brother. Due to the restaurant and hotel he has been an advocate of the wine industry as a partner, consumer and seller of wines.
Stacy Rafanelli-DuBois – A. Rafanelli Winery – Operations Manager/Tasting Room Manager
Stacy is part of the fourth generation A. Rafanelli Winery. After going to law school and beginning her career in law, she realized how much she missed the wine industry. For the past six years, Stacy has managed both the tasting room and daily operations at A. Rafanelli. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of being part of a family wine business.
Joe Foppoli – Christopher Creek Winery – COO/Owner
Joe is fourth generation California wine industry. His background in business development, media, hospitality, and education have lead to his success with Christopher Creek Winery producing 4000+ cases a year. He is eager to help promote the mission of the Wine Road and maximize the value of our organization.
Julia Lander -Moshin Vineyards / Russian River Valley / 8000 case production – Director of Hospitality

It has been a pleasure serving on the Wine Road Board of Directors these past few years. I would like the opportunity to continue serving and seeing some new ideas through. Being a member of the Board keeps me, my winery and my winery cohorts up to date on what’s happening and presents a great opportunity for us to share ideas with other Wine Road members. Looking forward to 2018 and beyond.
Chris Lynch – Mutt Lynch Winery / Urban Tasting Room / 3000 case production – Owner Area of expertise: Business Development, Financial Management, Marketing
I have had a 30 year career in the wine business, focused on strategic planning, marketing/sales, direct to consumer and winery management. My wife Brenda and I own Mutt Lynch Winery and are focused on developing our DTC business. Wine Road is a key part of those efforts. I believe my background and experience can add value to your organization in particular in marketing.
Oded Shakked – Longboard Vineyards – Owner/Winemaker
Oded interned at Domain Chandon in Napa and with Chateau Lafite-Rothschild in Bordeaux before accepting a position at Jordan Vineyards and Winery in Healdsburg (Sonoma County). In 1990, he became head winemaker for “J Vineyards & Winery” where is stayed for eighteen years.
Oded established his own winery, Longboard Vineyards, in 1998, specializing in the production of premium wines from the Russian River Valley appellation. This small brand grew and became a full-time endeavor since 2006. Oded takes great pride in being a farmer, a scientist and an artist and loves to put his “Sabra” can-do attitude to good use when consulting to other wineries around the globe.
Stephanie Wycoff – Seghesio Family Vineyards – Estate Director
Stephanie has spent over a decade leading direct-to-consumer sales, marketing and operations for Sonoma County wineries including: Anaba, Quivira, La Follette, Gary Farrell and currently Seghesio Family Vineyards. She has served on the DTC Wine Symposium steering committee since 2015, and is a public speaker and published author within the winery direct-to-consumer field. She earned her Master’s degree in Wine Business from Sonoma State University in 2010, and serves as an alumni liaison to its Wine Business Institute Board of Directors. Stephanie is a 2016 winner of the North Bay Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” award, and she resides in Santa Rosa with her husband, their black Labrador and two cats.
Lillian Nickelson – Francis Ford Coppola Winery – Senior Manager, DTC and Hospitality
Lillian is the Senior Manager for DTC and Hospitality at Francis Ford Coppola Winery and has been with The Family Coppola for 8 years. During her tenure, she has been focused on the branding and growth of the DTC business in a variety of roles, including managing the Tasting Room, Guest Services, wine clubs, and trade relations. UC Santa Barbara graduate with a degree in Film and Media returned to Northern California to pursue a career in the wine industry. She is a current Board Member and past Executive Committee Chair for the Young Professionals Network of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, and as a member of the Healdsburg Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
