Optima is a family owned and operated winery that specializes in making limited-production wines. Located in the heart of Healdsburg, we are blessed to be at the center of some of the best appellations in the world. Every bottle of Optima is handcrafted with a focus on striking a perfect balance between beautiful fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish. It has been said many times, great wines begin in the vineyards. We only bottle the absolute best of each vintage; this allows us to be able to meticulously follow our passion. Since 1994, owners, operators, brothers and partners, Steve and Bruce Cousins have transformed Armida Winery from a quiet producer of good wines into a much livelier place focusing on artisan, single-vineyard wines from the top growers in Sonoma Valley. We hand-craft over ten different wines and feature some of the best vineyards in California, including Maple Vineyards Zinfandel and Maple Vineyards Tina’s Block (perhaps California’s BEST Zinfandel vineyard), Durell Chardonnay, Parmelee-Hill Pinot and Zinfandel, Gaps Crown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Chalone Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as the Castelli Knight Pinot Noir. From our seven-acre estate vineyard we produce Il Campo “Field Blend”, a delicious combination of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah.

While we make seriously great wine the focus at Armida is FUN!, which is one of the reasons we also produce PoiZin (Zinfandel) “The Wine to Die for,” and ANTIDOTE (White Wine Blend). We invite you to winery to try our wines and our warm, friendly hospitality. Enjoy the hillside views of the Russian River and Dry Creek  Valleys from our newly remodeled outdoor tasting area.  You can also reserve the Bocce Ball court with a minimum purchase. The tasting fee varies, starting at $35; no tasting fee for Wine Club members. Each tasting fee is waived with a $50 purchase. Please call for tasting fees for groups of eight (8) or larger.

Papapietro Perry Winery is open daily, 11 am to 3:30 pm. Tasting Fee is $25 per person, free for our Wine Club members. Reservations strongly recommended. We will accept walk-ins if space is available.

At Pedroncelli Winery, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business since 1927. With three generations of our family sustainably farming 180 acres of land in Dry Creek Valley, we are committed to preserving our heritage and producing high-quality wines for our customers.

When you visit our tasting room, you’ll be greeted with beautiful estate vineyard views and the opportunity to play Bocce on our court. We are open every day from 10-4:30 and would love for you to come and experience our delicious wines for yourself.

Great wine has to be about place, which is achieved only if the bottled wine reflects where the grapes were grown. At Peterson Winery we practice the philosophy of Zero Manipulation. Our definition of Zero Manipulation is using the most gentle winemaking techniques possible to maximize flavors, aromatics and the original essence of the wine. The less you do in the course of a wine’s tenure in the cellar, the more of that essence you’ll have to bottle. My goal is that every vintage captures that sense of place.

Our small, intimate tasting room is open exclusively by appointment from 10am-3pm, 7 days a week. Tasting is $10 per person, refundable with wine purchase. Wine Club members receive complimentary tasting for themselves and up to five of their guests with them.

Due to current restrictions, large groups of more than cannot be accommodated together all at one time. For parties of 7-10 people, we will have to have you break into smaller groups.  Tasting consists of five current release wines which can be tailored to preference.
