Summer Wine Trail – new mini event

Hello to all of our Winery Members,

We are considering hosting a one-day tasting event, on July 8^th  to celebrate “summer wines”.

Guests would purchase a ticket for the day for $50 and get to visit participating wineries where they will get to taste “summer wines” – think – Rosé, White Wines, Sparkling Wines….but of course wineries can choose what works for them.

Participating wineries will pour a minimum of 2 wines to each ticket holder. 

Those two wines will be listed in the online program.

There will be no wristbands, no glasses, no RSVP lists. 

These will all be “walk-in tasters”.

Guests would show their ticket at each participating location to get their tastes.

Think of it as a 1-day tasting pass.

We would advertise the event on various event sites, create an online program, add a google map to the participating wineries, and start promotion asap. 

We assume we could sell about 100+ tickets – so this would enhance your traffic, not shut down your tasting room.

There is no reimbursement for participating.

Would any of you be interested in participating? 

We will move forward with the event if we have a minimum of 20 wineries interested.

Please reply to this email by Friday (May 5th) if you would consider this.

We are NOT asking for a commitment now.

If 20 or more are interested by this Friday, THEN we will more forward and share a link to register on Eventbrite next week.
