Next year we’ll be celebrating 50 years as one of the original trade organizations with one focus: a map created to bring visitors to our tasting rooms. Ahead of its time the map also included lodging and even Catelli’s Restaurant.
With the changing times and the advent of DTC, ecommerce and competition from many more wineries we have the tools to continue to bring visitors to our area from the map to a detailed website to visitor perks.
With the growth of social media, streaming video, and the digital world, Wine Road strives to keep you in the limelight with literally thousands of followers on various platforms, along with our monthly blogs, newsletter and bi-weekly (award winning) podcast.

The Wine Road is a trusted resource for half a century with all roads leading to our cellar doors. People have questions, and we provide the information they are looking for.
Wine Road has a varied marketing plan in place, which incorporates print, radio and a variety of online sites, with both digital, streaming and audio promotions. This advertising is put into place to create more exposure for all members and drive traffic to your door, your website, your live and virtual events as well as putting heads in beds for our lodging members.
As we generate income from events, we are putting more marketing dollars into play. We have increased our efforts to promote our 130 wineries & 30 lodgings. We are currently budgeting $200,000+ per year on paid advertising.
Our Wine Road Ambassador program helps train winery and lodging staff, allowing them to provide a better guest experience. Additionally, visitors can become Wine Road Ambassadors and help us achieve our mission. We have nearly 400 Wine Road Ambassadors!
We continue to build our networking program and heavily promote our Wine Road Insider Club, creating visitor loyalty and again helping to increase our member visitation numbers.
The goal of the Board is to budget conservatively and build upon these programs year after year, keeping Wine Road relevant and one of the strongest winery associations in the country. We are confident there is no other winery association that can provide its members with a higher return on their investment.
Please join us as a member by submitting your annual Wine Road assessment of $900 (wineries) or $500 (lodgings) by August 1st.

Pay two YEARS in advance, by Aug. 1st and save $200 – total due $1600, receive 4 dedicated Instagram posts ( 1 each Aug-Nov)
Pay in full ($900) by July 10th, and get 2 dedicated Instagram posts from Wine Road (1 in July & 1 in August) & no CC fees
Pay in full ($900) in August and Wine Road absorbs the credit card processing fee
Make 2 payments (consecutive months) Aug & Sept, $465 each
Make 3 payments(consecutive months) Aug, Sept & Oct, $310 each
Make 5 payments (consecutive months) July, Aug, Sept, Oct & Nov, $186 each
Lodgings
