Estate Grown Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Muscat, Gewurztraminer & Chardonnay, blended for complexity and a more round mouthfeel. The 2021 was fermented in stainless and finished in neutral oak. This crisp, dry wine is perfect paired with warm weather dishes.
