Lodging Rooms Booked, during Wine Road events

Hello to all of our Wine Road lodging members –

Wine Road has received funding from Sonoma County Tourism to promote our events, starting with Wine & Food Affair in 2023.

As part of our follow up report to Tourism after the events, they would like to know how many rooms our lodging members booked as part of the Event Weekend.

I am reach out today to see if you had any rooms booked for Winter Wineland – Jan. 13-14 and Barrel Tasting – March 2-3, 2024.  Even if you have some broad brush idea of rooms booked, that would be helpful.

I will keep the individual lodging room numbers confidential, and simply provide Tourism with the total number of rooms book, due to these event weekend.

If we can show that these events drive traffic to our lodgings, we are more likely to receive funding in the future.
