Sourced from our Hawk Mountain Estate Vineyard on Westside Road, our inaugural vineyard located at the summit of our upper farm. This vineyard boasts steep terrain, dense clay soil, and a northeastern exposure, ideal for yielding concentrated fruit in limited quantities. Aaged in neutral French oak, the wine showcases classic Sangiovese flavors of strawberry, with a blend of ripe fig, oregano, and thyme that create a harmonious tasting experience.
