This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented over 3 weeks in very old white wine barrels to add a little texture and depth to its brisk acidity and fresh, clean profile. The flavors of fresh passion fruit and citrus mingle with the acidity on the finish creating a lively exciting wine from start to finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is best consumed LIGHTLY chilled upon release, in the spring and summer, when the weather is warm. This wine is perfect for spring and summer with light, fresh cheeses, oysters, and fresh grilled veggies with olive oil.
