Meeting Minutes

Present: Janae, Mari, Aaron, Katie, Danny, Julie, Helen – Beth

Meeting called to order: 9:11am

Meeting Minutes from December 10, 2025.   Minutes approved unanimously

Treasurer’s Report: – Checking $63,637.49 – Savings $50,446.05 – CD $51, 000

Events:

Wine Love Wine Trail – Campaign has begun to have wineries sign up for the year. Limit 20.

Winter Wineland – Sales: 1,500 plus 150 comp. New sales push going out on 1/14/2026.

Sip into the Weekend – 20 wineries participating. Signs go out today. Online listing is ready.

Barrel Tasting – 50 wineries signed up. Tix on sale Thursday – 1/22/26 (insiders the day before). WR is offering to promote add-on events taking place at various wineries over BT weekend.

Wine Road Turns 50: Sub-committee met 1/7/2026. Plan to offer an event each month of the anniversary year. Changed date to September 19 – 4pm-7pm for the Gala Celebration at Foppiano Winery. Refer to minutes from that meeting for detailed plan throughout the year. Janae will work with Amaturo Media for promotion and talent. Katie will support. Present a loop slide show throughout the evening – Beth is working on it. Mysty is spearheading restaurants to contribute bites and apps.

Second Auction: First brought in $13k. 2^nd auction currently online and closes 1/19/2026. No bids so far.

Map Printing – New map in the works. Final by EOM.
