Board of Directors Meeting

Wednesday – February 11, 2026

Meeting at Pedroncelli Winery

Present: Janae, Mari, Aaron, Lana, Alexis, Tom, Danny, Julie, Helen – Beth

Meeting called to order: 9:04a

Meeting Minutes from January 14, 2026.   Minutes approved unanimously

Treasurer’s Report: – Checking $111,007.46 (amended to account for payment for WR maps) – Savings $50,450.33 – CD $53, 000.

Events:

Winter Wineland – very favorable feedback on the survey. Discussion regarding how to acknowledge the wineries that were singled out for outstanding experience. No action.

Wine Love Wine Trail – 72 tickets sold to date. Discussion regarding how to draw guests. Encourage wineries to sign up each time and provide a provocative reason to visit them. Beth.

Barrel Tasting – 52 wineries signed up. Ticket sales are currently 1,100.

Wine Road Turns 50: Next subcommittee meeting is March 18. April selfie sign contest winner will receive a $200 credit to WR events.

Second Auction: 1^st auction brought in $13k. 2^nd auction brought in $3,500 – TOTAL income: $16,500.

Map Printing – complete and ready for pick up at Selby Winery. Certified took 2 pallets for distribution.

Elections – Danny has agreed to stay on for one more year. Suggestion to modify bylaws for Board member terms. No action taken.
