Blending Extravaganza

Immerse yourself in an unforgettable workshop where you step into the shoes of a winemaker for the evening. Guided by our winemaker, you’ll taste through a selection of wines, comparing into each varietal and their unique contributions to the blending process. We start the evening with a white wine or Rosé social with charcuterie. You will then have the opportunity to experiment and create your own custom blend. From classic Bordeaux blends to super Tuscans …..each guest’s blend is a one-of-a-kind creation. And the best part…. Each guest will bottle and cork their very own 750ml bottle to take home, a keepsake of this extraordinary experience.
