We take you to the vineyard, the barrel room, and you sample highly regarded West Cabernet Sauvignon from separate vintages. Learn how to assess color, aroma, and flavor in a fun and relaxed setting. Experience the impact food has on wine. Led by Winemaker, Katarina Bonde or Level III Sommelier, Dave Wertzberger. Group size is limited to eight people.
