Board of Directors Meeting

May 8, 2024 

Minutes – Lodge at Healdsburg

Present: Aaron, Beth, Jack, John, Helen, Dan 

Note: Not enough for a quorum

Call to Order – 9:20. Minutes not approved due to lack of quorum.

Executive Board: Pres – Lillian, VP – John, Treasurer – Katie, Secretary – Helen, Lodging Rep – Danny

Concern voiced: About the lack of attendance at Board meetings.

Second look at “locals Sunday discount” for WR events. Limit number of tickets offered for discount? Only offer for early registration? What event to begin the offer – W&FA? BT?

Discussion about offering coupons: Redeemable at wineries during event weekends. Wineries would then turn into WR for reimbursement. Up to $25 per ticket towards wine purchase.

Discussion about a WR cruise – opportunities for wineries to promote and sell to on-board guests.
