Updates – W&F

Emily, Debbie and Beth working 3 days of week. Approximately 50% pay.

Permit is 15 day permit. You can have 3 permits per year. Applied for 2 permits (Oct 1-Oct 30^th)

44 signups

Heavy on Zinfandel. 7 Pinot

Debbie is focused on W&F Affair. All permits signed off. All ABC items are done. Written approval for Wine Road Dollars.

Beth does not want to call “Bottle Bucks”.

Wineries can do Facebook Live, but everyone will be recording YouTube.

Tasting Pass

Tasting Pass will be revamped.

Revamp to members – wine club member for the day or 2 for 1 tasting.   Goal would be 20+ members.

Beth sent a note to Sonoma County Tourism, regarding usage of name of “tasting pass”. Asked them to change their name.

Advertisements/Outreach

All ads have run.

Beth is going to go to a Press Dinner tomorrow night with Lisa Mattson.

Beth is connecting with all AVA directors every other Tuesday.   Wine Institute has been present and very helpful.
