Hello – if you are getting this email, YOUR winery is signed up to be a part of the Wine Road Tasting Pass.
We have started selling the passes on Eventbrite and we have added multiple links to it on our website.
We will start promoting it more via social media and in April the Wine Road Tasting Pass will be our big promotion through the SF Chron.
MY CONCERN –
– People are buying them and many of you are offering 2 for 1 tasting with the pass.
– The issue – people need to book their reservations online and they are having to pay for both people.
If the offer is 2 for 1, they do not want to pay for 2 upfront.
They may just call…I hope that works. You may get 1-2 calls a week, not dozens of calls.
This is just a heads up.
Please let your whole staff know you are part of the program and for everyone to be prepared.
