I know it seems like a million years until January, but its time to sign up for Winter WINEland, if you plan to participate.
Event – Winter WINEland
January 15-16, 2022
We’d also encourage YOU to host something on Friday night (you sell your own tickets) and even some special offer on Monday, because it’s a 3-day weekend.
This will be the same format we have done for Wine & Food Affair
– Reservation only at each winery
– We need to know how many tables you have for each time slot – 2-tops, 4-tops and 6-tops.
– Reservation times are the same for everyone: 11:00, 12:15, 1:30, 2:45, 4:00
Allowing customers to visit 5 wineries per day, 50 minutes for tasting and 25 minutes to drive to the next stop.
Based on Wine & Food Affair we will plan to sell 1000 tickets.
Nov. 9 – We plan to have the winery list and program online
Nov. 16 – launch tickets – customers will have had a week to review program and make a plan.
Jan 4 – tickets sales end
Jan 5 – RSVP lists emailed to wineries – 10 days prior to the event
