Ruby Affair—Gala & Charity Auction

Wine Road’s 40^th anniversary Ruby Affair is just weeks away—May 14^th to be exact. This gala celebration includes dinner, dancing, a live and silent charity auction, and, of course, exceptional wines poured all night long.

Proceeds from the auctions benefit two excellent local charities—United Way of Wine Country and Worth Our Weight, a culinary apprentice program.

Now it’s time to take a sneak peak at some of the fabulous auction items donated by the Wine Road members and other community supporters. There is wine, of course, but there are also great Wine Country experiences, lodging stays, event tickets, gift certificates and more.

LIVE AUCTION

Here are just a couple of the items awaiting your bid during the live charity auction:

• Enjoy a “Mancation” for Four—includes a round of golf at the Fountaingrove Golf Course, a wine tasting adventure with the Magical Mystery Tour, and a box of cigars
• Savor a day at Alexander Valley Vineyards—includes a VIP tour, tasting and luncheon for eight, plus four magnums to take home at the end of the visit

SILENT AUCTION

There will also be a silent charity auction prior to the live auction with many one-of-a-kind items like:

• Three-course dinner for two including wine at the Farmhouse Inn
• Library wine luncheon at Paul Matthews Vineyard
• Private Reserve Tasting at Hawkes Winery
• Magnums from many of the Wine Road winery members including Merry Edwards, Benovia, White Oak, and more
