Review/Approve Minutes:
Motion to approve, Harry. 2nd, Oded. All in favor.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking; $37,073.58
Savings: $150,129.37
Assessments – approximately 80 wineries have paid/20 lodging have paid. They were due on August 1st. Beth will begin dialing for dollars.
Wine & Food Affair:
Beth: Tickets are on sale on 9/1.
For 2022, we have 47 wineries signed up thus far compared to 2021’s participating wineries at 40. Ads are ready – Budgeted to spend $18K on Chronicle, Flipboard, and Press Democrat. Over planned spend – can take from marketing. Ry a “spotlight” events in the program as an additional draw to various wineries: winemaker talks/sign bottles/meet the chef, etc.

Comparative Cab Tasting – Beth sick/hiring Ziggy.
New/Old Business:
Review Slides – need to show these at next meeting…deck to share with potential new members.
Beth/Marcy have marketing opportunity: Texas Wine Festival – 4 days, all expenses paid.
