2019 Kindred, Red Wine Blend – Alexander Valley

The Italian immigrants who planted the old vine field-blend vineyards of Alexander Valley in the late 1800’s selected kindred varietals as the base components. We pay homage to them with our old vines blend of 65% Zinfandel, 20% Carignane, and 15% Petite Sirah. Prominent flavors of ripe berry and dark plum lead into a robust finish of sweet oak and earthy spice.
