2020 Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp and refreshing, and perfect on a warm afternoon- The medium palate features a dry but delicate acidity and minerality, with bright and juicy flavors including white grapefruit, lychee, and lemon curd. Nose, it exhibits refreshing scents of Meyer lemon zest, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. Aged one month in neutral French oak barrels. It pairs well with dry-aged cheeses, Marcona almonds, oysters, and even popcorn. Frankly, we like it with anything cheesy and salty.
