Approval of Minutes

Called meeting to order at 9:32am

Winter WineLove

Will need to delay event.   Suggestion for new date is March 19th – 21st which has been posted.

Need to rename for Spring – suggestion is “WineLove”. No season.

Will continue to communicate this is tentative.

Library Wines promotion

No revenue for Wine Road, but will promote wineries to the press.

Goal would be 20 wineries to offer library wines. No selling of tickets.

Video tour of cellar

The Great Barrel Hunt

All the wineries that have the barrel painted – there will be a map online

Each barrel will supply their own barrel

Would have barrel on display from March 7th – April 9th

Participants will send Beth an photo and she will create Google Map

She is going to create poster/one-sheet for each winery participating to print, to provide information about general program. This will encourage guests to go to other wineries to look for barrels.

Valentines Gift Guide

Put together Valentine’s gift pack. Will be distributed to email list & Chronicle

Buy a vine.

Business Items

$18k provided for sales tax – overpaid from 2016.

Working on grant application.

PPP loans applications aren’t out yet, but should be out yesterday or today.

No rent. No additional expenses can be cut

Barrel Tasting

Appointment only, which may attract additional wineries that haven’t participated in the past

Looking at end of May. Some discussion of 3 day weekend.

Business 2 Business – shelf as a future option

Devin pitched idea of business 2 business elevated membership.   Offering wineries access to business, and business access to wineries for corporate level gifts and virtual tastings.  Discussion of potentially tiering membership. Concern expressed about excluding some members from benefits. Beth expressed concerns about bandwidth to execute, especially during this time. More discussion to follow
