As we approach our 50th Anniversary in 2026, we’re pulling out all the stops to celebrate this incredible milestone—and we want YOU to be part of the magic! Together, we want to create show-stopping, wine country getaways that showcase the best of what our region has to offer while celebrating the legacy of Wine Road and its amazing members.
Here’s the Plan: Let’s Build 10 Unforgettable Auction Packages
We’re looking to secure 10 “winery stays” donated by our members for an online auction. These stays (homes) will be the centerpiece of our packages, and we’ll pair them with exclusive, above-and-beyond experiences to make each getaway truly extraordinary.
Here are two ways you can help:
· Donate Stays at your winery rental Home: You can choose to offer 2, 4, 5, or 7 nights. Wine Road will cover any cleaning or hard costs associated with the stay.
· Or provide an “Above and Beyond” Experience: Think private tastings, vineyard tours, winemaker dinners, or any unique experience that will elevate the package.
Each package will be valued at a minimum of $5,000, and the funds raised will help us continue to promote YOU and this incredible region, just as we’ve done for the past 49 years.
Why Participate?
While this isn’t a tax-deductible donation – we’re not a 501(c)3 – it’s an opportunity to gain exposure and be part of a celebration that will shine a spotlight on our members and the region we all love. Think of it as a sponsorship with a big impact!
Key Details:
· Homes should be available for all of 2026 (or longer, if that works for you) subject to availability.
· Our online auction will run Oct. 1 – Dec. 16, 2025
· We need your offers ASAP to build these packages and have everything ready to launch by October 1st, 2025.
