We’re aware…

We have a beautiful new website, but yes there are still some technical problems. The Industry Events and the Event Calendar are both having issues with events posting then vanishing – our web programmer is working frantically to solve the problem. Believe me, if we had access to your event and could simply repost it, we would. We can’t find them on the management site, not in the trash, not hiding somewhere else..they randomly seem to simply vanish! If your event is not on the site now, you will have to enter it again. We apologize, we understand it’s a hassle and wasting your time, which is not our plan, unfortunately that’s the best we can do at the moment.

Reminder – Meet & Greet

Looking forward to seeing our members tomorrow (May 13) at Rodney Strong Vineyards from 11:00-1:00. 20 of our lodging members have reserved a table and we’re expecting about 50 of our wineries represented – 120 people total.
LODGING – PLEASE BRING DESSERT TO SHARE
WINERIES – PLEASE BRING ONE BOTTLE OF WINE TO SHARE

Wine Tourism – EXPLORE YOUR BACKYARD

Please mail us back your left-over wristbands and let us know if you saw any ticket holders this weekend, if they were buyers, how it went…recap for us.

Sign and Share This Petition

If you are concerned about the proposed fee increase from the Health Department for wine & food events, please sign the petition and ask your customers to also sign. We’ll wrap up our efforts this week and see if this was enough to influence the Board of Supervisors.
HELP US HELP YOU.

Ticket to the Wine Road

Similar to the “tasting pass” we sell these online as 1-day or 3-day passes. They also include lodging offers for ticket buyers.  We update this twice a year – Jan. 1st and June 1st. So now’s the time…do you want to update your offer, be added to the program or drop off? Please let Debbie know via email (not a phone call) by May 18th. debbie@wineroad.com
Offer must fit into the options on the spreadsheet (see link) and a two for one tasting is NOT an option as each person must have a ticket.

Pouring Opportunity

This fall, the California Council of Land Trusts is hosting a unique event on October 9, 2015 to raise the visibility and appreciation of California’s agricultural richness, its role as a food producer to the nation and the world and the need to conserve California’s agriculture and range lands . “All Aboard California” will take place at the California State Railroad Museum in Old Town Sacramento.
They are looking for 10 wineries. We are NOT coordinating, please contact Amanda Hubbard if you are interested or would like more details: amanda@calandtrusts.org
