Have you been notified by the ABC that your RBS Certification is about to expire? We can help you keep that certification!

 

In order to recertify, servers must pay their recertification fee, take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider, and pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam within 30 days of their confirmed training.

 

The Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Division is proud to announce that our RBS training was approved by the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) in May, 2021, (and renewed in May, 2023), the first County in the State to achieve this certification as a Training Provider. Our 4-hour virtual trainings are offered at no cost and meet all the state requirements.

 

Attached, you will find helpful information on how to create an account with the ABC, obtain a Server ID#, and register for the next available RBS Training.

Registration may be limited, reserve your spot today!

 

AB1221 requirements for Servers and Managers:

• Register on the ABC RBS Portal https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/, pay a $3 fee and obtain a Server ID#.
• Complete an ABC approved RBS training.
• Pass the ABC online RBS exam within 30 days of completing the training.
