Sunce’s TGC is a classic Iberian-style blend of 16% Tempranillo from Bart’s Amador County Vineyard, and 32% Grenache from Henny’s pedigreed Kenwood estate, and made serious with 52% of Sonoma Valley’s famed Atwood Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. A bouquet of sweet red fruit and Hibiscus dominate the nose leading to ripe cherries, strawberries, and a violet, cedar character at first sip. Intense black fruit layered luxuriously in mixed spice notes mingle smoothly on this full-bodied personality. An aftertaste of black tea and tamarind linger on the finish. Pair with Moroccan Skirt Steak, Hungarian Goulash, mild Indian curries, and macaroni and cheese. Aging: 5-15 years
