Recent lab testing proved fermentation-worthy yeasts exist on the estate property. This Petite Sirah was fermented only with the “Rickards Wild” yeast. The resulting wine boasts aromas of blueberry pie filling with firm, well-structured tannins and an extended finish of molasses and sweet spice.
