Jim Rickards had always suspected fermentation-worthy yeasts existed on the estate property, and recent lab tests proved that to be true. This perfectly balanced wine was fermented only with “Rickards Wild” yeast. The resulting wine boasts aromas of blueberry pie filling and firm, well-structured tannins with an extended finish of molasses and sweet spice.
