Fermented with our own strain of wild yeast from the property, this intense wine is pressed off before fermentation has completed, resulting is a soft but substantial dry Petite Sirah. Rich dark fruit is balanced by earthy undertones. We are proud to have achieved a rare level of localized winemaking that involves estate grown grapes, fermented with native cultures being aged and bottled without ever leaving the property.
