It continues with a bright, mineral, core that has just enough weight to balance the steely and focused acidity. Quite a treat. This wine is fun and lively. The balance is heavenly with enough acidity and weight to make you crave the next sip. Using hand-selected grapes from our estate vineyards, our winemaker has been crafting this Rosé from the same vines for over a decade. Experience. We let the vineyards – speak for themselves.
